1. Click Apply Now to begin your application to the State of Kindness Scholarship Fund. You will be redirected to our application portal to complete and submit your application. You will require the following for your application.
2. Two Letter of References Two Letters of Reference completed by a previous employer or teacher who knows the applicant well. The letter will require the following information:
- Detail the nature of the relationship and how long they have known the applicant.
- Describe the experience working and/or teaching the applicant.
- Discuss the applicant’s strengths, weaknesses, and their potential to success in their program of study.

5. About Me Essay: In an essay format tell us about yourself and reasons why you would be a good candidate for the State of Kindness Scholarship Fund Program.
- Identify your interested area of study and career objectives/paths.
- Any other information you feel it is important to share.
- 750 word count maximum
6. Other: Share other relevant documents to assist with the application process.
